Are the Pajama Angels a Registered Charity?

No, as of yet, we are not registered with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). It is our long term goal to become a registered charity, but as a newly formed non-profit organization, we must weigh both the costs and benefits in pursuing this avenue.

We will remain as transparent as possible in our fundraising efforts until such time as we can pursue becoming registered. This will require adequate funding and time. It can take anywhere from 6-18 months after applying to receive charitable registration. Accounting & Legal Sponsors are most definitely WELCOME!!!

You have our word that every penny goes to local breast cancer causes and we do not pay ourselves. We all have full time jobs outside of our fundraising. We will always post all of our disbursements on our “funds raised” page from every event.
